Optimism in the face of crisis
Despite unprecedented changes to how we work, occupiers remain optimistic about the future – learn more about how real estate leaders are reimagining the future.
We have already learned that employees across Asia Pacific are ready and eager to return to the office. The big question now facing real estate leaders is, how will the workplace need to change? We set out to discover the views and sentiment of occupiers across Asia Pacific by asking 200 leaders for their perspectives on how they plan to manage their workplaces and real estate portfolios moving forward.
Despite the challenges, the outlook remains positive with a healthy 68% of those surveyed remaining optimistic about the future state of their businesses. In addition, when asked about their plans on space requirements, 94% were expecting to either retain or increase the amount of higher quality spaces in their portfolios.
