JLL appoints Kevin Hou as Managing Director for Taiwan
New leadership to move into next stage of development and growth
JLL (NYSE: JLL) today announced the appointment of Kevin Hou as Managing Director of JLL Taiwan, effective 1 April 2023. He will lead the company in its ongoing strategic initiatives and plans to expand and strengthen the firm’s business in Taiwan.
Tony Chao will become Executive Chairman of JLL Taiwan office and will continue to support the growth of the company businesses in Taiwan. Kevin, currently JLL’s Senior Director and Head of Strategic Consulting, will lead business development plans in Taiwan in his new role.

Kevin has over 24 years' experience in the real estate industry. He joined JLL in 1999 and has led JLL's Strategic Consulting (SCON) business since 2012, where he has been involved in more than 200 advisory projects over a decade. Under his leadership, the SCON team has extended its leading position in Taiwan with more than 45% market share for ten consecutive years. The team has also achieved 5-10% annual revenue growth from 2018 to 2022.
