Result

JLL sought a vibrant new space for staff and clients in our new China HQ in Shanghai. Applying smart technology and activity-based working principles, the new office will cultivate collaboration, openness and knowledge sharing. And with elements of energy and sustainability like green walls, reclaimed timbers and an air-filtration system; and health and wellness aspects like an in-house gym, a café offering only health food, and a bicycle share program, the space achieves LEED v4 Platinum and WELL Platinum. Our Shanghai office is the new standard for JLL offices across Asia Pacific.
