Jones Lang LaSalle Won the Fortune 100 Fastest Growing Companies 2008

The creativity and grow of Jones Lang LaSalle acquired international recognition once again

Taipei, January 12, 2009 –Jones Lang LaSalle has been selected as one of the Fortune 100 Fastest Growing Companies for the second year in 2008. The Fortune Magazine has collect three years data of company earning per share, revenue and total shareholder return to determine the top 100 fastest-growing companies. Jones Lang LaSalle won this great honour for the first time in 2007. In the 2008 list, Jones Lang LaSalle once again being recognised as one of the Fastest-Growing companies by the Fortune Magazine.

The Global CEO of Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Colin Dyer, also been named as “Innovator of the Year” by Commercial Property News. Mr. Colin Dyer won this honour for his creativity and the unique contribution to commercial real estate. Mr. Colin Dyer states that “Innovation at Jones Lang LaSalle is a collaborative firm-wide effort to create value in our changing world. Supported by our culture of teamwork, client commitment and ethical behaviour, it serves us and our clients equally well in good and challenging times.

The Forbes has also awarded the “Platinum 400 Best Big Companies” to Jones Lang LaSalle for the continual three years (2006-2008). Moreover, the Ethisphere has certified Jones Lang LaSalle as the” Most Ethical Company” in 2008. Jones Lang LaSalle is also the only real estate service company been awarded this privilege.

Mr. Tony Chou, the Managing Director of Jones Lang LaSalle Taiwan, states, “while most people might not regard an ethical company is not really a profit generator, based on the research done by Ethisphere, the most ethical companies in the world out performed S&P 500 in term of profitability. Jones Lang LaSalle once again been named the 100 Fastest-Growing Companies by Fortune Magazine proves that business ethics and company profitability are closely related to each other.”

Mr. Tony Chou also claimed that the strong believes in ethics of company culture has been the most important reason for himself and may other colleagues who have work in Jones Lang LaSalle for a long time to continuously contribute to the firm. Especially when facing the current global economic crisis caused by the disorientation of financial industry, the creativity and high moral standard of the firm will be the foundation of Jones Lang LaSalle to keep growing and moving forward in the current situation.
